What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
Rapport building is the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. I love to meet new people and help them figure out how to get the most out of life. My personality lends to an open and honest environment, encouragement for growth and allowing for and creating a safe space to build my client’s ability to self-advocate.
What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
I believe everyone, at some point in their life, is in need of counseling. I see reaching out and asking for help through therapy as an incredible strength.
What I like to do for fun:
When I am not working hard for my clients, I am spending time with family and friends, cooking, running/working out, and enjoying the beautiful weather in Arkansas.
