What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
I believe everyone, at some point in their life, is in need of counseling. I see reaching out and asking for help through therapy as strength, not weakness.
What I like to do for fun:
When I am not working hard for my clients, I am spending time with family and friends, cooking, running/working out, or out on the lake.
