What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
Never hesitate to reach out for help thinking things will get better with time or can work it out on your own. I encourage you to think about what you would advise a loved one to do if they were facing the same problems. Give yourself the same grace and consideration you would for your loved ones – you’ll be glad you did!
