What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
You deserve to be the best version of yourself and be free from suffering. I have the unique advantage of being both a client working on my own personal growth and a clinical therapist. I would love to work with you to make therapy a rewarding and healing experience.
What I like to do for fun:
I enjoy reading, Pilates, tennis, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I started a therapy book club to continue growing, learning, and collaborating with other therapists in the field.
