What would I say to someone considering coming to therapy for the first time?
I strongly believe that you should feel comfortable with the therapist you chose. I view therapy as a partnership between us – you define the problem areas to be worked on and we use specialized knowledge to help you make the changes you want to make.
What I like to do for fun:
The central hub of my home is the kitchen, it is the place my family and friends gravitate to for food, fellowship, and fun. I have a passion for BBQ and my holy grail is the perfect rib!
