
Jennifer is a certified Telehealth practitioner who has over 14 years of specialized training in trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and much more.
Her approach to mental wellness is collaborative, holistic, evidence-based, and individualized. Using an eclectic model of therapy, Jennifer incorporates various therapeutic approaches including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused, family systems, person-centered, and interpersonal approaches.
Jennifer’s goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment with which you can work together to address issues that challenge you and helps identify obstacles that are interfering with personal growth and happiness.
Jennifer has a master’s of social work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a licensed certified social worker featured in Psychology Today.
What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
Life can be hard; there are times when we all need a little help with life’s problems and challenges. Taking the step to see a therapist can be like opening a new door.
