What would I say to someone considering psychiatric services, therapy, or counseling for the first time?
Our mental wellness is just as important as our physical health. Taking the first step by making an appointment can be the most difficult. Once you have done that, I will do everything possible to make our visit comfortable. Together, we will begin your journey to a better tomorrow.
What do I like to do for fun?
I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs. We enjoy various outdoor and water activities, from the Arkansas lakes to the Florida panhandle beaches. I also love to ride the many ATV trails around central Arkansas.
