What do I like to do for fun?
I love spending time with my family, adventuring the outdoors, enjoying sporting events, attending music festivals and antiquing.
What would I say to someone considering therapy for the first time?
Therapy is a safe space to explore emotional state and to better understand/learn who we are. During the process of therapy, one is able to learn tools/techniques to assist with better management of emotions.
