How does my personality influence your approach to therapy?
I have a very observant personality that allows me to take time to map out the best approaches and directions to go in. I focus on the rapport building portion of therapy in order to better understand my clients and where they are within the therapeutic process. This allows me to know how to approach my clients and how to best serve them.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love spending time with family and friends and my furry friend Myers. I love creating art, seeing live music, spending time outdoors, and all things sports.
What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
Therapy provides the opportunity to check in with ourselves across the board. Just like we schedule physicals, we change our diets, and other health routines, checking in with our mental health is just as crucial. It is a great space to be able to gain different insights to whatever circumstances life has presented.
