What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
For anyone considering therapy for the first time, I would encourage them to embrace the discomfort they feel, acknowledge the anxiety, doubt, and the second-guessing. Therapy has the potential to be life changing, setting you on a path of healing and recovery. It’s a meaningful adventure. I encourage you to take the first step!
