What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
During my career, I have worked with individuals with all types of issues and in various stages of their life path. I am looking forward to working with you and helping you improve your life in a positive manner!
What I like to do for fun:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two Maine Coon cats, Pooki and Polly, playing the oboe and cooking vegetarian meals.
