What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
Therapy is not always ‘fun’, but sometimes very necessary in order to feel better. Look at therapy through the lens of exploration, curiosity, and healing, rather than thinking it is a way of ‘fixing’ what you feel is ‘wrong’.
What I like to do for fun:
I love to grow things, be outside in nature, and swim in lakes. If I have to be indoors, I like to play the piano and make art.
