What would I say to someone considering therapy or counseling for the first time?
Jump in feet first and don’t look back. Everyone needs a therapist; a non-judgmental and impartial party to whom you can tell anything and everything. If you find that the experience was not what you had hoped for, please do not give up. Therapists are like clothing sizes — one size does NOT always fit all.
What I like to do for fun:
I love to paint and do anything arts and crafts related. Being in tune with my artistic self is very cathartic for me. P.S. The meaning of life is 42.
