As a psychotherapist I have assisted individuals in all walks of life for over 13 years through issues ranging from trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders and many others. I use an eclectic model of therapy incorporating various therapeutic approaches including but not limited to: CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Family Systems, Person-Centered and Interpersonal . I have specialized training in trauma and anxiety and have worked in a variety of environments and levels. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment with which we can work together to address the issues which challenge you.
